Villa Minimal Design
“Demolition and construction project of a new single-family villa. Decisive shapes, geometric, square and minimal volumes define clear proportions and give the project an elegant rationality. The use of dark color in the house characterizes the volumes and highlights the architecture. In the intervention, great importance was given to the role of light, placed to the south, large windows and a volume that "comes out" from the rigor of the rest. The interiors, also minimal, develop in a bright open space living area and center of the house, modern and comfortable spatiality. Use of materials such as stoneware and parquet for all surfaces, both horizontal and vertical, clean, tasteful and comfortable materials to give a sense of well-being to the entire envelope."
