Minimal Housing
To enhance the length of the land intended for the construction of the villa, a single-level plan was chosen, in turn organized in such a way as to lead the gaze of residents or guests towards the simplicity and clarity of the surrounding lines and directions, both of the built environment and the natural context. And it is towards the latter that the interior space opens up thanks to large windows with fixed and sliding partitions.
One of the most emblematic examples in this sense is given by the facade facing the swimming pool, with a succession of large transparencies of the living area with kitchen, open towards the outside with full-height glass doors that create continuity between the living room and the solarium, the garden and the swimming pool. The management of solar radiation is entrusted to the double-chamber selective neutral glass and that of light contributions to the large sliding curtains.
The sleeping area connected to the living area faces the hill and is much more protected and respectful of privacy management;
the extension on a single level is enhanced by reducing to a minimum the connecting spaces such as corridors, thus favoring the liveability of the most important and protagonist environments of family sociality. The delicate palette inspired by natural essences also ties them together, once again in close dialogue with the landscape.
