The villa offers a breathtaking view of the blue of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean scrub; it is characterized by the terraced areas that host the panoramic swimming pool immersed in the centuries-old park preserved entirely in compliance with the original design.
One of the most distinctive design elements are the large minimal sliding windows in wood and aluminum, which characterize the front of the building and allow visual continuity between the elegant interiors and the external landscape, enhance the panoramic view and create a harmonious interaction between the internal and natural environment.
The Minimal windows are made of fir wood lacquered to the sample covered on the external side with corten aluminum in continuity with the finish of the vertical sunshade of the stairwell.
