The structure is made with EPS blocks that act as formwork for the reinforced concrete structure with Thermal Transmittance U values that reach 0.127 [W/mqK]. The HRI heat recovery unit, performs the exchange of ambient air and maintains the relative humidity level and the concentration of pollutants OX, VOC - Volatile Organic Compounds, CO and bacteria below the limits that could affect the comfort and health of the occupants. The photovoltaic system combined with the Solar thermal system is installed in the single-pitch roof. The heat pump guarantees the production of domestic hot water, in winter it heats the house and vice versa in summer it cools the rooms. The Corten steel cladding acts as an aesthetic element and integrates the management of solar contributions achieved with the external "sail" awnings.
