The villa is characterized by an elegant and functional design.
The building is distributed on two levels, the central element is the metal pergola with horizontal slats that offers a shaded area on the porch usable as a dining or relaxation area where the large sliding windows made of bleached oak with a brushed finish overlook, which for the express needs of the client are equipped with low-emissivity glass with armored plates. The windows of the basement area that affect the internal swimming pool are made of heat-treated larch with a matt black finish, resistant to particularly humid and heated environments.
The villa is surrounded by an English garden and has a swimming pool for summer use. The light natural stone floor marries with the linear design, completing a contemporary and refined aesthetic.
