A CasaClima A is a home designed to be extremely energy efficient.
The building's construction elements guarantee impeccable thermal insulation, the air is always fresh and healthy thanks to a ventilation system that purifies it and recovers energy without wasting it.
The Isam windows and doors in fir essence with external aluminum cover, have larger sections and triple glazing with a very high solar factor to be transparent to solar energy and guarantee the right energy contributions during the winter, while during the summer the slatted sunshades protect from excessive solar radiation while still letting light into the rooms of the house. Thanks to the use of technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, the house consumes very little and uses renewable energy.
