Villa in the Park
Concrete, wood and glass are the materials that are declined in different processes and patterns, both inside and outside. The concrete is found in three different forms: smooth with the imprint of the panel formwork for the facades, smoothed for the internal floors, washed with exposed aggregate for the external ones. As for the wood, larch is used for the external surfaces, casement and sliding windows, blackout folding doors.
The windows open wide towards the internal courtyard and towards the open space to the south, protected by the motorized sliding shutters with two parallel ways, which act as sunshades and partially as blackout and which characterize the centripetal element of the courtyard and the axial development of the planimetric configuration.
The intervention introduces an element of contemporaneity into a natural context that is at the same time able to fit into that landscape, respecting the materials and colors of the place.
