House on the mountain lake
The object of the renovation is the farmhouse once used as a shelter for the tools for the cultivation of the olive grove that overlooks the Alpine lake.
The recovery of the old structure involved the restoration of the masonry walls of the building with the use of the same stone used for the construction of the dry stone walls of the terraces that surround the property; the roofing was also completely revised with the adoption of a multi-pitched roof covered in galvanized steel.
The windows were made of natural larch in the Optimus version with a 92 mm frame section with selective triple glass. The blackout shutters and the structural beams of the roof are also made of larch with a slightly brushed surface finish.
