Natural home
CasaClima Nature certifies a building not only from an energy point of view but also in relation to the impacts on the environment and on the health and well-being of the people who live there; introducing an objective assessment of the eco-compatibility of the materials and systems used in the construction and the water impact of the building. To guarantee the comfort and healthiness of the internal environments, specific requirements are required for the quality of the internal air, for natural lighting, for acoustic comfort and for protection from radon gas. The building is nearly zero energy (NZEB), with very low consumption, and zero emissions. In fact, all the systems are powered by photovoltaic energy, and the envelope of the house has high thermal and acoustic performance. Heating and cooling are guaranteed by radiant floor panels, with ceiling integrations, powered by an air-to-air heat pump which, in turn, takes energy from the photovoltaic panels on the roof. Air exchange is ensured by a controlled mechanical ventilation system, while home automation manages the electrical, lighting and heating systems as well as the photovoltaic and video surveillance systems.
The high-performance window made entirely of wood by ISAM has been interpreted in this creation in larch essence with a natural oil finish. The management of solar gains is entrusted to the use of adjustable slat systems that can be packed in highly insulated boxes.
