Villa II

The villa stands out for its contemporary architecture, where essential volumes and clean surfaces blend harmoniously with advanced technological solutions. The large windows, made with wood-aluminum frames, are a central element of the project, interpreting contemporary design trends with minimal lines and high transparency. These frames not only enhance the connection between inside and outside, but offer high performance in terms of energy efficiency and insulation.

The choice of wood-aluminum frames fits perfectly into the architectural language of the villa, responding to the needs of durability and resistance without compromising aesthetics. Wood, with its tactile and visual qualities, integrates with the strength of aluminum to guarantee technical solutions that meet the standards of the most demanding architecture. The large glass surfaces and motorized sliding doors integrated with the home automation management system of the villa not only promote visual and functional permeability between the spaces, but are also part of a living context that reflects new lifestyles, oriented towards widespread technology and an increasingly hyper-connected society.

This project best expresses how the use of hybrid materials, such as wood-aluminum, can respond to sustainability and innovation needs, becoming an integral part of the architectural concept. The solutions adopted for the windows, in fact, are not only technical components, but real design elements, capable of emphasizing the spatial and volumetric characteristics of the building.
